I would answer that buy saying organically grown foods(plants) would probably be the most efficient for the human body. It would eliminate a great many problems, because to grow a cow or an animal takes a lot of food. You can feed more people if you use a vegetarian organically-grown diet, and you stand less of a chance of contracting disease. If the food has artificial coloring, or is genetically altered, then we don't know enough about it, there has not been enough time devoted to research in that area. I would stay away from genetically altered food, chemically treated food, and artificial coloring and flavoring. Those are the conclusions I arrived at. That doesn't make it correct, I am just telling you what I accept in that area. (We have) a lot of work to do in that area to arrive at more appropriate decisions.
