I don't think you can. I think they have to fail; the public has to lose confidence in the people they elected. Only under those conditions will they be looking for something new. It doesn't pay to talk to politicians; they usually don't understand Science or technology. So I think you'd have to inform them; it would take a long time. And they would be ousted because if they change their values without the other politicians changing their values, it becomes very difficult. The chances are the same man would never be elected to government leadership.
