I'm sorry, I can't speculate on that, because it depends on how much people do, and how much funds are "put up"(available) to do the first city. Will the city be designed for a 1,000 people? 200 people? 10,000 people? I don't know, I can't answer that. It depends on what people do, and what they make available.More Information?
