I don't know of any RBE communities going on.

I wouldn't go about it, unless they consulted with us, so we know what methods they are using. In other words, if they fail to use the methods of TVP, it probably won't work as well. I would say that we have been working on it a long time, and we can suggest how each unit can operate and cooperate with one another.

We have had groups come to us and ask for our designs and our blueprints to do what they call a RBE. However, some of them had so much of their own traditional values and methods that they were putting into it. We had told them that we would work with them, if you come here and learn about what TVP is and try and implement that, and then we would help you with the designs and work with you, but that never came about. They always wanted to do their own thing. We didn't want to give them our materials when they were saying they were doing a Venus Project City or a RBE, but we felt it really wasn't. They didn't know enough about it. A lot of the work has been done.
