It depends on what their profession is. If they are in a prison, and they are an engineer, as long as they come out of the prison and practice "social engineering": applied engineering to benefit humanity, they become servicable. When they are in prison they do nothing of value. Prison is the worst form of cruelty you can impose upon people. Police and prisons will be eliminated in the future. We will deal with the problems that generate behaviors that are socially offensive. We will eliminate the conditions that generate socially offensive behavior.
