No, it won't be a take over. What will happen is, if the system fails, people will look for other directions, and they will select that direction based on their background. If it doesn't work, that will fail, until they come up with a system that does work. If enough people know about TVP, yes it will be voted in, but enough people do not know about it just yet.

I was just questioning the use of being "voted" in. I was just asking Jacque, and he said it would be enacted in whatever method it comes about. Whether it's forced in, or voted in at a time that enough people know about it.

If people don't know about it, it can not occur. The arab world removed their dictators. If they don't have an alternative system, it won't work out any better.
